It is often difficult for men to shop for their female counterparts.  One strategy that can be successful for men is to look inside their nown desired gift wish list, and mine it for a possible gift for their girl.  In other words, there are many things that are coveted by both men and women, so there is no shame in mining this potential pool of gift ideas.  Practical gifts are oftem found similarly across both genders.  regardless of an individual’s sex, there are things that will be required tom move through life.  A pair of rubber boots are almost always found in a man’s closet.  But what of womens wellies?  Of course they are an appropriate footwear selection for women too.  Let’s face it, it rains and things get muddy and wet.  Women need the same protection as men so it is a natural extension of utility that wellingtons occupay a fashion niche as well.

Several colors of the slippery rubber boots are sold in women’s catalogs.  Yellow wellies invoke the old style rain poncho that has been a fixture on the rainy landscape for eons.  Pink boots are distinctly feminine and make a statement that cannot be denied.  the point is, just because an item serves a valuable and sometimes messy function, it need not be relegated to the back of the fashion plate.  Women are beautiful creatures and thus lend a dramatic fashion flair to the things they wear.  So men, don’t be afraid to look inside for the gift idea that has been eluding you.  If a manly item serves a function, pass it over to a woman who will certainly elevate its distinctive qualities.
