When I first passed my driving test I had a ford escort from a local garage around the corner and to be honest, even then i did think the price was pretty high but even then, did know that well known brand name garages were likely to charge more for the same car than a small garage. It wasn’t long before i wanted up upgrade my car so looking online to sell my car finding a range of smaller companies within my county but were much more tightly focused being more customer service orientated, a group of dedicated car enthusiasts who would take a used car, give it a lick of paint, service it, maybe upgrade the car to allow wheels and sell it again but still at the same price or lower price than these well known garages you see as you are driving down the high street.
Then, the internet came along and these smaller companies became even more well know but the respect that they had accumulated over the years expanded to television and the internet so now you could approach them and see what cars they have to offer in the comfort of your own home and what prices you would get when i would want to sell my car.
