Why She Got Tired of You

You might still be wondering why your girlfriend of only a month suddenly became an ex. What have you done wrong? Why did the romance fizzle out when it hasn’t even fired up yet? If you don’t know why your latest girl suddenly decided that one month is all she can tolerate with you, you might an answer or two below.

 

1. You’re being too nice. There’s nothing wrong with being nice, but just like everything else, too much of it can be quite boring and uninteresting. It doesn’t mean you need to stop being nice, just don’t be pathetic and desperate either. Agreeing to everything she says and giving her everything she wants even though you know she’s wrong makes you a wuss. And that’s not very attractive.

 

2. You’re too possessive. Being dictatorial, particularly at the early part of a relationship, will not help prolong the romance. Give her some breathing space. Don’t dodge her every step and keep tabs of her 24/7, that’s just creepy.

 

3. You’re cheap. You don’t need to spend thousands of dollars just to please her, but you must not be stingy either. If you keep bringing her to cheap places and hardly ever give her anything, then don’t be surprise if she dumps you. Keep everything well-balanced, including date budgets and gift expenses.

 

4. You keep trying to change her. If you keep commenting negatively on how she dresses, how she styles her hair and keep giving unsolicited advice on how she should dress and act, then don’t expect her to hang around. Why are you dating her in the first place if you don’t like the way she looks? Duh!
